He has also served as a teacher and trainer/coach in Churches as well as coordinating an Extension Bible College over a number of years. Through the years since his time in East Africa he has developed strong relationships with a number of Christian Pastors and Church Leaders from the region and a passion and vision has grown out of this into the projects which Steve is now very involved in.
Steve is a Networker at heart and has a passion to connect people to people and people to resource. He sees himself as one who loves to introduce two people to one another for their mutual benefit then quietly step back and watch them connect. Steve loves the idea of networking especially when it can open doors to expertise and resource to Pastors and Church Leaders in nations like those of East Africa.
